Please read this carefully. By submitting an order to this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions applicable to any purchase made on this website.

1. PURCHASE AGREEMENT
1.1. On SkyNeb AB ”or” skyneb.se ”or“ We ”or“ We ”or“ Our ”, SkyNeb AB All purchases made on this website are subject to these Terms and Conditions at any time, even though the Terms and Conditions governing these purchases will apply to your order date at any time. If you order goods after posting the changes, you will be bound by those changes. Accordingly, you should check before each order to ensure that you understand the terms and conditions applicable to your purchase. To help determine whether the Terms and Conditions have changed since your last order, we will show you the date these Terms and Conditions were last updated.
1.2. We will confirm that your order has been accepted. This will happen immediately after you confirm your order by message on the website or by sending an email to the email address you provided to us. At this point we will enter into a Distance Sales Agreement and supply you with the product and / or service in accordance with your order and these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. You must be 18 years of age or older and have completed the registration process to join our service.
2. PRICE AND DELIVERY CHARGES
2.1. The price of the goods will be indicated on the website when you confirm your order (usually by clicking the ‘payment’ button) (only due to any technical errors we will not be responsible for). If you change your order at a later time, the charged prices will apply to the changed product (s) on the date the changed order is approved. Since promotions are offered for a limited time, it may mean that certain promotions are no longer offered following changes to your order.
2.2. All quoted prices include Value Added or other taxes.
2.3. Initial installation service is included. The requested service / update is then available at an additional cost.
3. PAYMENT METHODS
3.1. Payment can be made by bank or credit card. Payment by cash or check is not possible.
3.2. The bank and credit cards accepted by us are listed on the website at the time of your order.
3.3. If a payment fails, you agree to fully compensate us for all costs and expenses incurred in receiving payments from you. At any time, after a failed payment has been made, we may ask a debt collection agency to charge you.
4. DELIVERY
4.1. Delivery is done on servers that we will provide at the request of our Customer (subject to additional charges.) Or on the servers that the Customer will rent or purchase from 3rd party companies.
4.2. SkyNeb AB cannot be held responsible for any product failures due to system errors or attacks against the servers leased from third party companies.
4.3. Deliveries are made at the end of the projected time. Any negativity during the testing phase may lead to an acceptable prolongation of delivery.
4.4. For system deliveries, you can request online or face-to-face training by software experts.
5. WARRANTY AND LIABILITY
5.1. In addition to paragraph 4.3, if any delay or failure occurs for any reason, any delay in our performance or failure to meet our obligations shall not constitute a breach of these Terms and Conditions. Situations beyond our reasonable control, including, but not limited to, fire, flood and other natural disasters, strikes, riots, accidents, disruptions in energy resources, civil unrest, terrorism or war actions.
6. PRIVACY
6.1. We respect your privacy. The personal information you give us is kept attentive and secure. We do not sell, rent, or transfer this information to third parties for marketing purposes unless you agree otherwise.
6.2. You will receive a password during registration. Please keep this secret, because it is your responsibility to keep your password confidential. You are solely responsible for all orders given to us or the information provided to us under your e-mail address, along with your password. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your email address and / or password, or any known breach of security by you.

8. PECIAL OFFERS AND COMPETITIONS
8.1. From time to time and at our discretion, service purchases may be subject to special offers. If such a special offer applies to your purchase, the terms of that special offer shall be governed by these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the terms of a special offer and these Terms and Conditions, these terms and conditions shall prevail unless specifically excluded.
8.2. We may change the terms of special offers at any time and without prior notice or withdraw them completely.
8.3. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to offer different customers different special offers, promotions and the ability to enter different competitions.
9. GENERAL
9.1. This agreement is governed by Swedish law and the exclusive jurisdiction of the Swedish courts.
