Distance Selling Contract
This document describes the general conditions for services requested remotely (online / email). Specific scope, price and delivery dates are confirmed in writing per project.
1. Parties
Provider: SkyNeb AB, Stockholm, Sweden (“Provider”).
Customer: The individual or company requesting services (“Customer”).
2. Subject
Software development, consultancy and related digital services as agreed in written form.
3. Order & acceptance
- Customer submits a request (contact form / email).
- Provider shares written proposal/quote.
- Work starts after written approval and, where applicable, initial payment.
4. Delivery
Delivery milestones and acceptance criteria are defined per project.
5. Payment
Payment terms are agreed per project (upfront, milestone-based or monthly).
6. Cancellation
If the Customer cancels after work has started, the Customer agrees to pay for completed work and committed costs.
7. Support
Support and maintenance terms are defined per project or support agreement.
